Im curious if anyone else has my issue. I updated my epix 2 last week and it takes hours of hard resetting to finally get it back on. When I do get it to start again the buttons do not function and freezes. . I have factory reset it twice now and no change. No issues with the watch before the update.
I reached out to customer support and they said it cannot be fixed. I have had it 14 months so it is out of warranty now. They said the only option i have is to spend $190 for a refurbished one. They will not give out any suggestions. To me it seems like a faulty update. Support gave me no information only that its basically a paper weight.
Anyone else have this issue? Just bought it full price 14 months again and im really annoyed to have to spend $190 for what seems like a Garmin defect.
