20 year hiatus, Pt.3
Slow and steady progress made in the last couple of weeks, but desperately trying to find momentum - 20 years ago this would’ve been triple the output but that’s the price we pay for being adults!
So without further ado, the completed 1st Platoon, 1st Squad. Feels great to get a complete squad done, and have set a target of finishing both the Platoon Command Squad and 2nd Squad by end of the month. Although, I am working off of 3e/4e Codex here (the one and only!).
Overall, very satisfied, can feel and see the improvements as the squad increases. Deliberating on more of gritty/dusty wash on the armour, perhaps it has too much of a clean aesthetic?
Bonus image of a kitbashed Salamander Scout vehicle from the first Imperial Armour book next to the new squad. Still holds up well with the paint job too, although I am not sure how teenage me manufactured it but still proud of the lil lizard.
