It's my Second Job and it's haven't been even a year joined and I found out that the Client I am deployed at is Ending Contract with our Company this month and gave it to some Other Company (X). so, this X company contacting me frequently saying they want to retain me with a hike(14%). I'm in dilemma should I continue with my current payroll company and work at other client if offered or should I agree to new Payroll company with hike and work with same client for an Year? would there be any problem in future hiring if they see only 6 months of experience in my second Job? or HR will understand the Situation that made me change payroll company? I'm bit inclined towards accepting this offer because I need the Mula to cover travel expense(25+25kmsdaily ) and I don't get appraisal until Dec in this current company. Moreover My Current Payroll doesn't have multiple Clients at our City to transfer me. Not to miss out this new X Comp is rushing me to accept the Offer Letter but they're okay if I get a better offer in some other company and reject this offer until the date of joining.
