okay long story short, a few events led to me losing almost all my friends and now i feel really alone and suffocated due to it sometimes - i see people going out with their friends all the time and it makes me wistful because i used to be like that too but am not anymore.
what subs / manifestation techniques have helped you manifest a lot of friends and an amazing social life? i’d love to know and try them out.

for a little context - i’m a 20 year old girl and have always been a little insecure of my chest due to it being quite flat. i’d love to be able to grow my breasts because i love the way they look on women (im always in so much admiration when i see my girlfriends wearing dresses that show off their femininity and a little jealous too!) and would just feel so much more confident with bigger breasts. i’m a pretty confident person otherwise and im fond of my face, but this is one area that i’d love to improve on.
there have been studies (Stimulation of Breast Growth by Hypnosis) by James E Williams (a quick google search will get you the document) that have shown that weekly hypnosis sessions for 6 weeks significantly increased breast size. i have perused this document several times and have found several other studies similar to this one. hypnotherapy was considered an alternative to surgery at the time.
now the issue is, i don’t have access to a skilled hypnotherapist, or well, any hypnotherapist at all. so my question is, are any of you aware of how can i replicate this study for myself without access to one? anything in particular that has worked for YOU and that you’d highly recommend? i’d love to get started immediately and am open to trying new things out.

i get it, she’s a little problematic - harsh and unkind sometimes. however, her whole channel, she’s spoken only about robotic affirming. i don’t think i’ve heard her ever talk about or promote another technique.
why this generates trust in me - most manifestation coaches i know keep coming up with random methods and ideas to have more videos to churn out. sometimes it’s “the pillow method” and sometimes it’s the “water effect” or whatever. trying to keep up with so many techniques and methods is straight up exhausting especially since i know for a fact that they’re just being made up for the sake of content and the coach in general has never been able to manifest anything off of these methods.
and so, when a famous youtuber sticks to her advice about not needing anything but robotic affirming and makes content on only that DESPITE running the risk of being extremely repetitive and boring her subscribers, it makes me trust her, EVEN if some people find her advice bullshit.
what are your thoughts?
did she get an associate degree in business? because she didn’t transfer to a 4-year college. are associate degrees useful? also, since she wanted to work for herself and start her own inn, i’m assuming she only attended community college for the learning of it all?
