hello, i have recently gotten surgery done on my pilonidal cyst. i was never told specifically which surgery i got, but i have black stitches along the top of my crack. i have not had anything draining and very mild pain so far. i am very worried for the recovery time as some people have taken months or even over a year, and reoccurrence is a fear of mine as well. how can i heal as best as possible? any tips would be appreciated thank you.
