Hi ,my biometric got bounced twice so I need police clarification certificate . I got my RFE and I wanted to know how quickly and effectively I can get it done. I have been through three different states for last five years. Do you suggest calling or mailing to the police station ? Or any strategy that helped you to go pas this issue. Thanks .
