Question for those who started diamox how quickly did it start to affect your electrolytes and what were your symptoms?

So I just received the diagnosis within the last few days and I’m started with 500mg of diamox twice daily. Anybody else have high prolactin from empty sella syndrome or non stop menstrual due to the csf pressure.
