I am looking for a flat near Kanjurmarg for family with a budget of 40k. Preferably a unfurnished one as I have my own stuff. Putting it out here to check if the budget is reasonable? I honestly want to avoid brokers and Nobroker rents were crazy. Any leads are appreciated and also suggest any societies/areas that I can look out for. TIA
