Hi,

I’m looking for some advice because I’m in a bit of an unfamiliar situation.

I’ve recently inherited a 2-bedroom house after my dad passed away suddenly. I’m 26, currently living with my mum and still at university, and I have no experience with property or being a landlord.

My current thinking is either:

.Rent it out for around 5 years, then sell it and use the money towards buying my own home

.Sell it now and keep things simple while I finish uni and start my career

Any advice would be helpful thx
