My calves (soleus) gets sore after every run, so I'm forced to run at max alternate days which is very annoying, is it because my calves are weak, is it because I'm running wrong, both my calves get sore but my right is a lot more.

i love movies, film making and photography
i constantly get ideas for cool shots and interesting scenes but i'm unable to come up with a story for a proper short film or something even very basic, what should i do
how does one go about coming up with a story and writing a script, any suggestions would be much appreciated, anything at all
i've only dipped by toes in, i haven't yet made anything, i want to get engrossed in that process and see what comes out, but i'm getting stuck as i've explained
