Hello! I have been a dedicated subliminal listener for a while, but I could never seem to get permanent results. Any changes I noticed would happen quickly, but then they would just vanish. 8. watch this before listening to subliminals by nocturum ( for any blockages and limiting beliefs)

Also most of subs by curio and wrath are for male usage only as described in description.

The whole sub playlist is approximately 20 minutes and if listening for the first time , listen the playlist for 4 times before sleeping. After that just 2 times before sleeping.
