Looked for internship on different platforms and found some good ones for me. But it's the real side of this industry, people accept applications and gave assignments.
When I asked for an offer letter after talking about the roles and evaluation of assignment no one replied, and this shit happens multiple times.
I give my time to work on the projects they want me to build just as their assignments for testing my skills and then they go away after getting their word done for freely.
Atlast even if some stayed they say for unpaid roles, who the f*k works 6 hours a day for backend engineer roles as an unpaid slave for the whole week.
And this is the story of most of the platforms online not just a single one. All of them; wellfound, internshala, Glassdoor, indeed, fishbowl, bebee etc. I have tried so many
I mean the person seeking for the internship is a freshie or do have some minimal experience but the companies especially the startups wants interns as a senior developer level person and they doesn't even say a single word about stipend
