Suggest me guys

I have not studied anything for SBI clerk mains, Kush sir has 50 pending lectures on financial awareness which I have to cover, each lecture is almost 80 minutes long, how do I manage it

For some reason, I do not use the little fingers of either hand or the thumb of my left hand while typing. Under these circumstances, for how many days—and for how many hours each day—would I need to practice to achieve a typing speed of 40 WPM?
