Hello! I've had a pet pivot for my two cats for about 3 months now. It's worked alright so far, but now the darn thing won't even power on! The socket is good, but even when I unplug it and plug it back on then long press the Power button, it won't even turn on.

I don't want to throw it out but I'm not sure if this is a fixable problem or not. Any advice?
