I just remember it’s quite a deep male voice, possibly from the 80s. maybe a disco song, I’m not sure

the lyrics are alllllll right, alllll righttttt (may also be all night repeated twice)

then the next line is ‘baby you’re the highest high’ / ‘baby you’re the highest star’

i haven’t heard this for multiple years but it keeps coming to my mind
