In 2021, at age 23, I started working in a dental clinic earning roughly 1,000$ a month. In 2023, I opened my own clinic. While it started slowly at 900$ a month, it grew to 3,000$ a year later, and has consistently generated about 5,000$ a month for the last two years. Between 2021 and 2023, i experimented with several side jobs; while some failed, they collectively earned me 20k$.
At the end of 2023, I purchased 100 sheep for 10k$ and partnered with a shepherd for a fattening project with a 50/50 profit split. After three months, my initial profit was 3,100$. We now run three cycles a year, increasing the livestock count each time. Currently, I manage 500 sheep per cycle, which brings in roughly 50k$ annually.
In early 2025, I bought 1,000 sheep for breeding and wool production. We recently saw our first major return, selling 840 sheep for a 45k$ profit while keeping the capital intact. The shepherd provides the land and caring, and I cover all expenses, for 50% cut each. I visit every 3 to 4 weeks to oversee operations. I am now looking to expand further by starting a broiler chicken farm with a 20,000-bird capacity, projected to earn 40k$ annually.
Since 2023, I have bid on 16 public and private tenders. Although I lost 15 of them, I secured one major contract in 2024. I offered to manage the process for free in exchange for a 0.15% commission, averaging 0.02$ per transaction. After 10 months of setup, it has become purely passive income, generating about 75k$ a year.
In 2025, I acquired 110 hectares of land. I farm half of it myself and leased the other half to a farmer for a 30% profit share, which will generates 40k$ every summer.
In 2022, I started a small gaming center with 10 PS5s. By January 2026, I expanded this over time to 100 PS5s and 30 PCs. It requires minimal oversight with one visit per month and generates an average of 7,000$ monthly, or 80k$ per year.
