guys just hear me out I dont wanna be a hater and I don't know if I made a mistake expecting this comic to be very realistic in terms of dialogue and reactions but I think ben's reaction to the first transformation, to that moment we were all waiting for, was very inadequate.
So you transformed into a four armed being, right? Didn't you feel any fear, any terrify? Your height suddenly increased by at least two meters, didn't you lose your balance? Your skin color changed, the number of your eyes changed, your muscle mass changed, and what did you feel while all this was happening? Did you suffer pain, or was it like changing clothes?
So, if I were a reader who didn't know Ben 10 at all, before I even understood what was happening, they were already in the next panel fighting a robot bear like wtf? what the hell just happened? Wouldn't a person be surprised or react at least?
In the very first episode of the classic, when Ben transformed into heatblast, he was terrified, didn't understand what was happening, and accidentally started a forest fire, and that was handled incredibly well compared to what we have now. I don't understand why they rushed through that so quickly
