Question about Deus Ex Manus?

I am trying to make a good build with it, and want it as a kind of universal weapon. I am using the first module setting for chill, second for toxic and third for venom.

Is it possible to put the fire enhancement module (the one circled on my launcher), because I cannot seem to get it for the sword?

I finally decided to work on my ultimate Blair build, and I noticed a lot of people when using his third ability have three flames instead of one. I red somewhere that the Next Level Recipe module was the reason for that, so I went and got it, but it still seems to just be one flame. Is there a way to trigger the three flames, because I was hoping to use Blair for a mobbing build.
