I have had some form of back pain for a while already (easily 4 years). Usually I’d just take some pain pills or muscle relaxants to keep the pain under control but it increased recently. Went to see a doctor who told me it was normal and I just needed to lose weight (my height is 1.80m and I weight 82kg which is not particularly much).

So I decided to take some tests. As you can see in the pictures, I have hyperlordosis and also some protuberance, a tiny hernia said another doctor. Again they just recommended some exercise (without being specific)

I went to see a chiropractor, who wanted to put me in an intensive plan that would have cost me around 1k (euros) just for a couple of weeks and that seemed excessive to me.

I just started reading about the McKenzie therapy, is it worth it for me? Should I look for a personal trainer/ physiotherapist that is certified on it?

Any advice in general is welcomed. I have lived with this pain enough years already, I really want to get rid of it.
