Hi all
I recently got the NHS app and realised I could view my blood test results from 2 years ago. My ferretin shows as 8.
I had a full blood count done for reasons not related to tiredness.
I previously had a blood test for general tiredness a few years prior to this and heard nothing back but they don’t show on the app.
I was told the GP would call if there was anything outside normal range and never heard a peep.. surely this can’t be considered normal?
I feel like it’s a bit late now 2 years later to bring it up - has anyone else had similar experience? I now have Bupa private healthcare through my partners job but not sure I can go to them about it, as would they class it as pre existing condition?
I feel like I have a fair few symptoms mainly being tired allll the time even after getting 8-10 hours sleep a night. Sometimes I get light headed/dizzy almost when walking my dog (not all the time, sporadic) and I get breathless quite easily.
FYI I’m a 33 year old woman. Feeling confused as I’m not very good at advocating for myself but feel this is something I should look into more.
Thanks for any advice 😊
