i wanted to scan my device as i do after i use website with vpn adblocker and incognito) and my defender refuses to open and just shows me the shield logo and automatically closes

i ran a src scan now for defender and all was good , i also downloaded Malwarebytes and ran a deep full scan and only came up with 6 pups which i deleted

and i restarted my device 2 -3 times and it still refusess to open

i am worried that my firewall might be down and stuff

I'm completely clueless about this stuff so i need help, people
