Hi everyone! I am 17 days post op from a tt w/ mr & lipo.

I had two drains in, and the right side drain came out one week post op. It hardly ever had any output.

I was supposed to have the left side drain taken out two weeks post op, but after the other drain came, the fluid output increased a ton. I’m two days away from my THREE week post op appointment and so scared she’ll want to leave it in even longer. I’m right at 30mls a day usually.

I can’t tell if I’m still putting out so much because I’m being decently active or because the other drain came out too early. I’m over it and I want to move on from this phase of healing!

Edit: my question is how common this is, I feel like everyone else had drains out by two weeks post op.
