So I've seen a post earlier today where a girl asking abot the hygiene when she's on her period.

Soo ive said to myself why not ask the opposite side and women are welcome to jump in for any advice please.

I personally struggle alot despite my daily showers and taking care of my self, always change my underwear, put deodorant etc...

Soo I wanna know what you guys are doing to keep it clean down there and under the armpits.
