Just read about his passing. It clearly wasn’t from self harm and from what I know he was a very good kid and was ambitious. None of the people from the hostel are admitting to anything idk whether it’s from the fear of ruining the institution’s reputation or something worse. I’m just curious there must be someone who knew what was going on with him. Why didn’t his friends say anything. These incidents are becoming too frequent in Arunachal. Shouldn’t our govt make some stricter rules against bullying or do they need a higher minor murder statistics?
