I am dealing with anxiety and acid reflux from concerta, I take 18mgs. I love concerta but whenever I am anxious or stressed my jaw will clench and I will get tense. Then I get really bad acid reflux.

What is something I can take or do that would make it so I don’t have to deal with these issues as often?
