I raised a ticket to shift my connection from Kondapur to narsingi on 19th April. I provided all the right details based on the address which I got from Google. The ticket resolution date was being so nice 25th April which was the day I mentioned I was moving on. On 25th April when I tried contacting the Airtel customer care service the IVR did not let me talk to an agent and kept replaying the same message over and over.
Today, on 26th April, I called customer care and finally. The executive setting there said that my order had been moved to a cancelled state because the pin code provided was incorrect. This thing was not communicated to me. Now the executive is telling me that their technical team flagged this issue and they cancelled the order without informing me.
The customer care executive told me that the pin code is incorrect and the new pin code falls under "Shamshabad City".
And now they are asking 24 to 48 hours to get this resolved.
I am currently left with no wi-fi and the mobile signal in my area is very weak.
