I DID NOT WANT TO POST IT (AS THE RULES STATE SO) HERE BUT AM SO IN NEED OF HELP BECAUSE I CANT FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO NOW.
This was my very first attempt and I myself was on the hanging cliff ke recom hounga ya nahi but ofc more of my thoughts were ke hojaunga.
My 5 days were really good for an overall experience but that doesnt matter. My Psych tests were generally good but aik SRT bohot galat kardia tha, I got stuck during form filling tou form bhi mera incomplete gaya tha Psych ka but in general I was honest and marked answers as what I am.
My initial GTO tasks were good but command task was really bad, like real real bad. I had gotten myself hurt after falling from the peak of zigzag (choth lag gayi thi zor se warna its actually easy) tou I couldnt keep up with GTO tasks perfectly. I put myself on 6 during MA because that was my actual performance aur mene teeno officers ko yahi bataya tha ke halaat aise hi hein. But 3-4 of my groupmates had put me on number 1, and khuda qasam I did not asked them to do so. They said ke we've marked you on your efforts.
My Deputy interview was of 1 hour and 30 minutes and boy I dont know what was happening. Deputy sahab had gotten me hallucinating. And tbvh, it was more of a lecture and counselling session rather than an interview, for what i think.
The psychologist interview started with a "Dentonic ka ad dekha hei?" And I didnt know wut to say because ad dekha hei, bohot pehle but dentonic mere zamane ki cheez nahi tou I was stuck between yes and know (i explained the whole situation to him). Baaqi theek tha interview, he didnt ask me much.
What I need help with is, apart from fixing my mistakes, I need to adapt officer like qualities, like practical wali, not those youtube lectures ones.
I mean, aik banda officer material kese hota hei/banta hei.
I know my major mistakes and InshaAllah I'll fix them. Baaqi iske liye I'd love to hear from y'all, especially repeater recommended candidates.
