How many levels do i need to enchant my nunchucks(ash destroyer build).

I cant decide which one is overall better. I think ice ones are better because of the slowness effect.
Second thing i have all of these enchants except clear skies’ favor 6,So can i just leave it or grind more…
Im struggling to get a villager with advanced protection.i used a villager reroller but still didnt manage to get one.
Is there any other way to get atleast 4 books of advanced prot 4…
