5 weeks on 75mcg Levothyroxine, 27 year old active male weighing 67kgs/147 pounds

I have the kinda weakness and headache you have after you recover from diarrhea, waking up 2-3 times before I get up for the day, lower belly/abdomen seems bloated still.......any idea what's going on?
