Hello ! I basically am an artist and I'm about to order new products for my shop, and I need to know, does "tariffs and VAT free" mean the same thing as "DDP" ?

If I use the first one, will I have to pay for customs upon delivery, or does like DDP it mean that it's the seller that pays the customs ?
