Hello Gift of Games.

Thanks for reading my post and even taking a moment to consider my request.

This is the first time I'm directly requesting a game on this subreddit, and today I'm putting myself out there to request Baldur's Gate 3 on Steam.

I'd like to preface this by saying I'm a big fan of DnD, Critical Role, and RPG gaming. I've done multiple campaigns IRL myself, whether its been as a player or as a DM. I love dungeons and dragons, whether its the funny party moments, heartbreaking story arcs, and/or all the chaos that can happen when a dice roll decides your fate.

Ever since Larian Studios officially announced the next game in their Divinity franchise and that amazingly explicit and gruesome trailer released for it, I've been itching to play the Game Awards sweeping masterpiece that redefined the standard of quality for gaming in 2023-2024, whether it was in story depth, music, acting performances or even just community support, while launching the studio into a beloved place in all gamer hearts and minds equivalent to peak CDPR or early 2010s Bethesda.

...and I love Karlach, even from the little I've seen of her from clips.

Recently, a friend of mine has expressed an interest in playing the multiplayer coop campaign of this game with me, but unfortunately, the game is outside what I can reasonably afford right now, but with it currently at a 25% discount, I figured it wouldn't be as outrageous to possibly ask for some help here.

By the way, I'm planning to play a Tiefling fighter character in my playthrough if I get the chance. I love the aesthetic of the tieflings, and am partial towards martial weapons, heavy armour sets and skills over spellcasting (I like STR builds). Though I wouldn't be surprised if I had to restart the game multiple times 'cause I changed my mind on how I want to roleplay mid-way through the campaign lol

If someone decided to gift this to me, I'd be eternally grateful.
