Back in middle school, I wasn‘t very bright with my behavior in class. Did some stupid stuff, play games on the Chromebook, so what? Come into high school, and this high school is pretty strict, most people have at least one referral a year, because of the strict policies. Coming in to high school, with all of this challenging bs, the goal for me atp is to be referral-free. Yes, thats right, not a single one. I want a good and clear record that‘ll cancel out the stupid stuff I did before(not just school).

Later I came to find out, it‘s not even that easy. Star students, please don’t flex on your “All A+s in all Honors, no referrals, perfect student, run a marathon every day, while working as a full time manager at chick fil-a”, just realizing that no one in this sub relates to this referral-free struggle. This has been my biggest lifelong academic goal, to improve, but it just doesn’t work out. Does anyone relate in any way, shape, or form, or am I just a low life person? I want to see if I can change the course of high school in a positive way. I‘m also aiming for perfect attendance too(even if it’s a stupid participation award).

For reference, my schools dress code says no ripped clothing of any kind, and that’s stupid imo for people like me who like ripped jeans bc they can/it‘s available. Now I have to discreetly hide it. Can’t wait to see the comments!
