TN-CS wiring system (meaning that the neutral and ground are connected at a single point). When the working neutral and protective neutral are connected, a magnetic field is generated, expressed in UT. Based on my observations, the magnetic field expressed in UT appears only when current flows in a load that uses induction (which is obvious), but it is not obvious why I see elevated UT values in some places (in the walls). Does this mean that the neutral or grounding is damaged and connected to the building’s reinforcement (which, in theory, is also connected to 0)?
