Spoiler for last season
House was made to run once a week for about a decade. So somethings feel weird when watching at a stretch. or some plots which could have benefited from the binge episode dumb format.
for example - they clearly pitch Foreman as the next House in the beginning but that is completely forgotten by the end and Chase becomes the next House. While watching i was like oh ok this is early hints, cant wait to see the transformation be completed. Not to say Chase isn't a good Dr or anything but like just a couple weeks ago (in my binge timeline) they had an episode where "Foreman is definatly more like House than he thinks" and then Chase becomes House so i was ok wtf. While from the pov of the og audience and even creators that was a small plotline literally years ago and subtly but surely Chase has become the more suitable candidate.
The methadone storyline imho could be a couple more episodes but back then you had to ensure the audience who missed the show last week could still understand the next episode.
