After months of speculation, it has now been confirmed that the White Hotel in Salford is to close in October this year. This has been confirmed by the owners, multiple bar staff, and resident DJs.

The news comes as a real shame. The club exploded onto the scene and was branded one of the best clubs in the world - which I agree with (although I've not been to many international clubs so who am I to judge?). Over the last two years, the club faced difficulties as a victim of its own success, with crowds changing and the original culture and spirit of the space not being protected.

It’s sad to see TWH close its doors. Please help give the club the send off it deserves over the coming months and let’s give it one almighty blast off in October!
