Is it just me or Peak design has horrible customer support , they never answer , and when they do they are extremely generic

this time, My orders keep getting canceled and Ive been trying to contact them for days with no answer, I love their products but for me customer support is pretty important when i invest in a company

Have you guys had similar experiences with them? or is it just me right now.
