M60. After a month of 10mg I'm now at 2 weeks on 20mg.

I have moderated my drinking from 5 nights a week to once or twice.

five days ago I had four drinks in the evening. the following three days I felt great. got loads done and was almost my old self (I have moderate to severe depression).

on the third day I had one unplanned drink with friends during the day, and have had two days of sleep, inactivity and feeling pretty hopeless following that.

is this coincidental?
