Looking for recommendations for the best Mexican and BBQ spots!
TLDR: hit me with your best Mexican & BBQ spots
Dear citizens of El Paso,
I've missed our city since I moved away in childhood 🫶🏼. I miss seeing the Franklin Mountains, the desert sunsets, the chill people and ESPECIALLY the food. I live on the east coast and the Mexican food/BBQ here a slap in the face disgrace lol.
I have spent FOREVER bragging about the delicious Mexican and BBQ food we have to my native east coast hubby 😂. Please give me your best (not too expensive) recommendations on authentic Mexican food to blow his mind! He's especially hopeful to find some tasty enchiladas. Everything here disappoints him as it's always non-spicy and clearly some sad tex-mex fusion.
We're non-drinkers so just looking to grab chill food and explore the few days we're here. We'll mostly be in the West side, but willing to drive to the East side to find the best of the best. The city has truly grown and changed so much I almost don't recognize it!
