Hi everyone. Looking for advice on what to do.
I bought a 2026 Nautilus 2 months ago. Love it. But experiencing a loss in a key feature that I really liked (and paid for).
Test driving the car, the sales guy showed me how to use the BlueCruise. It blew my mind. After buying the car, I used bluecruise to and from work, and let the car basically drove itself the 20 minutes on the highway.
About every other week, I have to work in the next state over, and have to drive 4 hours down a long, straight highway, and I was excited to have bluecruise make that nice and easy, however, it suddenly seems to be broken.
Even on my normal route, it doesn’t come on anymore. The “keep hands on the wheel” option does, but the hands free bluecruise option does not. SOMETIMES it activates, but then deactivates immediately afterwards. The last time I did my 4 hour drive, I got about 2 minutes of hands free bluecruise. Just 5-10 seconds here and there,
It’s a perfectly straight, well known highway.
Anyone else experience this? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
