I just logged into my pnc online banking app and it shows a $21 12 months value on a new tab does anybody know what this means? I've never seen that in the app before.

This is probably stupid question but is anybody know what's going on? It says that it was sent but I still don't have it. I called my bank and the place I had the e-file done at and it's been over a month and it's still not here and I was going to use it to fix my car so I can stop taking the bus to work.
