Hey everyone,

I'm working a full time job outside of Upwork and have a contract with them stating "...employee agrees not to accept any employment or freelancing opportunity outside of the X company while working...", and I'm sharing this as it relates to my current issue.

I was invited to a job a month ago and I applied as I am looking to switch jobs. I've accepted a month long paid-training "just so you know we're serious about you talk" and have been attending their meetings and getting familiar with their company.

Even though this is not set in stone, I am fairly sure I'm breaking the agreement with the first company and would like to hide/remove my Upwork history so I don't have my last-month wage terminated if they check my Upwork for the next month (as I plan on quitting tomorrow).

Is this something I can do? What are my realistic possibilities?

Thanks for any advice.
