Instead of trying to make Scrooge's shop, etc., fit into my Plaza ideas, I moved them to the Sunlit Plateau. It's one of the best design decisions (for me) that I've made. I wish I had given myself the permission to do so sooner. :)

*Remember: You can turn any biome into a different biome by changing plants, trees, and flowers. You can move the store, boutique, museum, and restaurants to biomes other than the Plaza.*
