I lived here for 2 years, The second year being a month to month lease. I spent the first year without a heater because they wouldn't bother fixing it. I knew I was planning on leaving the city, so went to a month to month to have a bit more flexibility for when I moved.
The apartment is in a basement, one that probably never should have been an apartment. It has a shared laundry-mat in the basement aswell, with it's own flooding issues, which usually means i have to call in whenever it floods to prevent it from flooding my apartment.
I also lowkey suspect there is a squatter in the basement because the electrical room had hanging clothes, smelled of BO, and had a hanging sheet behind the entrance of the room. Weird for an electrical room, surely.
