Sewing Machine thread getting jammed HELP --more detailed/specific version

Okay so I went and relooked at my sewing machine with comments in mind. I rethreaded the thing and made some observations.

Pic 1 is to demonstrate the threaded machine and that I made sure the tail end of the threads are out when I sew.

Pic 2 is when I was threading the bobbin to go up and where I noticed a problem. Is the top thread (white) supposed to be going in the inner circle of the bobbin like that? Because the tutorial I saw it stays in the outer ring of it.

Pic 3 is the bobbin after I made another attempt at sewing and the thread jammed. To be more specfiic I used a 90/14 needle on two layers of scrap denim with a straight stitch, and it sewed for about 30 seconds before getting caught and my machine forcefully stopping. I feel like this goes to my point in Pic 2, because it's getting caught in that inner ring...

Pic 4 is me just showing that the bobbin thread is fine in the aftermath, and why I think its a problem of the top thread.

Pic 5 is after I detached the denim and realized the needle broke 😭😭😭 so I'm thinking maybe it is a problem of using a blunt needle??

I unassmebled the whole thing, did some more cleaning in the bobbin area as I realized there was still some dust...Then I changed it to a 11/80 and have tried to rethread the machine, but I'm noticing that as I try to thread the bobbin thread upward, it's doing the same thing I mentioned at the very beginning, when I crank tje wheel the top thread is getting caught in the inner circle thing, shown a little in Pic 6.

But for some reason I tried rethreading AGAIN, twice to make sure, and the thread was going properly??

So I test another scrap of fabric ( 100% cotton tee that matches what the Manual says for the 11/80 needle) to see if the problem persists. AND IT DID!! (shown in pic 7) It sewed for a good 43 second before it jammed. So, I think the problem is that the wheel not turning right...

If you need a video I'll post it. If someone else recgonizes this problem, how did go about fixing it??

thread keeps getting jammed HELP pls

I recently bought a used sewing machine and I've been trying to get it to work but I keep running into this problem!!

The thing is that everytime I retry, it'll work for a bit and THEN get jammed. And it's weird because one attempt the Jam didn't get stuck in the bobbin area at all and was just like free loops at the bottom of my fabric. (idk why I didn't take a pic sorry)

I've tried to do some research but idk it hasn't been working. I've rethreaded a lot and I don't think it's an issue. I feel its a top thread problem because my bobbin is not really getting caught or am I wrong for assuming that?

from my research I saw some stuff about tension but I've been keeping it in the suggested number (5) so yeah

any help or tips is appreciated!!
