I have separately asked a local library and a historical society to scan a particular page of a newspaper that has not been digitally uploaded online for general public access. I have done this twice so far to find ancestors’ obituaries.
However, the full-scanned pages of course include several other obituaries. I would love to upload the whole page somewhere with the names of these people so that their descendants might be able to find their obituaries too.
What is the best way to go about this? I have access to Ancestry and Newspapers.com. Because these other people aren’t my ancestors, I don’t have Ancestry profiles for them to upload the obituaries to. I want to find a way to upload a whole scanned page of a newspaper with names tagged somewhere for others to find.
