Do you plant for succession harvests in containers?

For instance, I have some bush bean plants that sprouted 15 days ago and have a few sets of leaves now; would it be worth it to plant more seeds in the same pot in a week or two so I can have a good batch every few weeks? I think the new seeds would grow a little slower from the taller plants blocking light?

I have some plants growing in containers in the yard next to my porch, is it worth it to move them behind the shed in the 3rd photo so they get an extra hour of light in the morning and 2-3 hours more in the evening?

Admittedly it’s out of laziness but I’m curious if the dusk/dawn light has that much of impact. I eventually need to settle on a place for the container garden so I don’t keep moving them and messing up my grass 😂

Ideally I would like to have a real in-ground garden, which would make the most sense behind the shed right? It’s a direct east facing backyard where I’m planting.

Heylo, check out my hodgepodge plants from a random multipack seed order. This is the first time I’ve grown more than tomatoes or strawberries and decided to use containers until I can figure out what part of my new house’s lawn to tear up for a bed. Some of the spacing is tight but we can purge soon 😭

I posted about my garden plan and Numbers file I’ve been using to plan my first container garden a little bit ago, figured I would share how it’s coming along! Spring rains have kept me from having to water the past week or so 😎
