The common fashion advice is not to mix casual shoes with business attire, it looks ridiculous. Let's suspend that rule for a moment.

I work at a job that requires that I wear business professional suits. My job also entails, depending on my assignment, doing a lot of walking around the facility. For this reason, we are afforded the option to wear sneakers or running shoes, as long as they're sensible and can be waved off as professional at a glance.

I love my dress shoes and don't want to be sneakers-with-a-suit guy, but walking for half the day in dress shoes is killing my feet and back.

What are my options for comfy casual shoes that closely appear like a dress shoe?
