I'm not gonna sit here and tell you that's the whole solution, but I know for sure your body cannot digest properly if it's always in this anxious, sympathetic state that so many of us constantly find ourselves in (thanks to lack of rhythm in the modern world + stress from SIBO + a whole host of other individual factors).

There have been times before where I start doing my PT exercises and breathing and I can feel and hear my MMC start going. Months and months of doing this consistently has given me probably 50-60% symptom relief with no other interventions. There's a real connection here, and quite literally no downside.
