Hi yall, I have been at a community for several years and one issue that we have had is for packages. We were built in 08 when packages weren’t a major thing so they didn’t build with that in mind. So, unfortunately lockers or a package room are not a current option.
I have seen services like Fetch where the resident can have the package sent to them and then they schedule a time that works for them. It looks like a solid service but the issue is that everyone here has to pay for it and I dont want to make it mandatory for people who wouldn’t use it.
Does anyone know a service that residents can opt into without making it mandatory for everyone to pay for? Or do you have any solutions that you have seen for an older community?
