TLDR: uncle moved my pc without my consent and bumped a wall on the way. From what I have gathered (using grok and chatgpt lol), the noise only occurs when I play games. Fps and temperatures are fine while watching videos/browsing the internet is fine as well. Apparently, the only way to fix this is to either lower the power that the gpu can draw or checking if the pc has any loose parts. I would love help with this since I am not a pc guy.
